Publishing platform charges and government fees, if applicable, are separate unless expressly included in your written quote. Complex projects and needs outside the listed service tiers can be quoted individually:
- Large or unusually complex manuscript typing and development
- Substantive editing
- Specialized AI-assisted writing outside published service tiers

- Ongoing marketing campaigns
Basic proofreading excludes developmental editing or substantial rewriting. Author copies, typing, advertising budgets, platform fees, extended revisions and ongoing social account management are separate unless your quote includes them. The Prime video includes one concept and one revision. A signed agreement and written quote confirm final scope.
STRAIGHTFORWARD PAYMENT PROCESS
Payments & Billing
No payment is required to request a publishing quote. We review each project before requesting payment, so your quote can reflect the selected package, manuscript needs, and any additional services.
1. Review Your Quote
After reviewing your inquiry, we provide a written quote outlining the approved services, total project price, and any agreed deposit or payment schedule.
2. Receive Your Invoice by Email
After your written quote is accepted and the approved publishing agreement is signed, Elite Prime Services will email you a project-specific invoice showing the agreed amount, due date, and payment instructions. There is no checkout on this website, and no payment is collected through the inquiry form.
3. Payment Confirmation
We verify payment before beginning the agreed work. If a balance remains, we invoice it according to your written payment schedule.
For your security, please do not email credit card information. Payments should be made only through your project-specific invoice or another method confirmed directly by Elite Prime Services.
Publication Preparation in Two Weeks or Less
For completed manuscripts, our typical preparation timeline is two weeks or less after receiving your final files, required materials, signed agreement and payment. Extensive edits, author revisions and platform review may extend the timeline; publication dates are not guaranteed.
Own Your Work. Keep Your Royalties.
Public authors retain rights in their original manuscripts, maintain their publishing accounts, approve final proofs and collect royalties directly from publishing platforms. Third-party licensed material may have separate rights. Publishing platforms make their own acceptance and distribution decisions; EPS does not guarantee platform approval, placement, sales or royalties.

Promotional results, sales and reach cannot be guaranteed. Content creation does not include social account management unless separately agreed.

Yes. Upload assistance is available when included in your package or written quote. Authors maintain control of their own publishing accounts.

Can I get additional marketing?
